ComeOn Casino: where it works in Canada
Licensed and well rated in Ontario, blocked in Quebec, unclear everywhere else. Check your province before you go looking for it.
What's new
On 26 Oct 2026 comeon.com blocked a Montréal connection and redirected it to /en/accessblocked. The Ontario apps were updated in October 2026 (iOS 4.3, Google Play 4.4).
ComeOn is not a shady brand that dodges regulators. It holds an Ontario registration and a Malta licence, and its Ontario apps score well. The trouble is that it is not one product across Canada, and in at least one province it is no product at all.
So this page answers a narrower question than most reviews: can you use ComeOn where you live?
Three provinces, three different answers
| Where you are | What we found (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|
| Ontario | Licensed (AGCO, via iGaming Ontario). Store apps for Ontario players, 19+ |
| Quebec | Blocked. "Residents in your location are not permitted" |
| Alberta | Not on the regulated list we have; we would not count on it |
| Other provinces | Untested. A Malta-licensed Canadian site existed until at least June 2026 |
What a Montréal phone saw
We checked twice on 26 October 2026, from Montréal IP addresses.
First on a phone-sized screen: comeon.com showed "Something went wrong!" and a line saying residents in your location are not permitted to use the site. Then with a plain request from a second Quebec address, which was redirected to comeon.com/en/accessblocked with the same message. LCB's checker also marked ComeOn as not accepted for that location.
Two separate tests, the same result. If you are in Quebec, ComeOn is closed to you.
Please do not try to get around it with a VPN. Any account opened that way would fail the address check at your first withdrawal, and you could lose the balance.
Ontario: the strongest version of ComeOn
Ontario players get the regulated product, run by Bunchberry Limited and registered with the AGCO through iGaming Ontario.
The app, "ComeOn! Casino Online & Bet", is in both stores. On iPhone it is rated 4.3 from 1,291 ratings and was updated to version 2.76 in October 2026. On Google Play it holds 4.4 from about 1,540 reviews and more than 50,000 installs, and the listing says plainly that it is for Ontario-based players aged 19 and over.
Those are good numbers. Few casino apps in Canada score higher.
Ontario rules do not allow casino bonus advertising, so do not expect a welcome offer on the Ontario side. The Play Store listing names Interac, Visa, Mastercard and MuchBetter as cashier options.
The rest of Canada: an honest "we don't know"
Outside Ontario and Quebec, ComeOn has run a separate site under its Malta licence (MGA/CRP/178/2009, Co-Gaming Limited). Pages at comeon.com/ca and promotions.comeon.com/ca were still being archived through June 2026.
We could not test it. We had no Canadian connection outside Quebec on the day, so we cannot tell you whether a phone in Halifax, Winnipeg or Vancouver gets the site or the same block.
If you are there, open comeon.com on your phone and look. A sign-up form means it works for you. An access-blocked page means it does not, and you can skip the rest of this page.
The store apps will not help outside Ontario. They are geo-locked to that province, so players elsewhere use the mobile site.
If the site opens for you
Here is what our sources say about the rest-of-Canada version. Treat the bonus line with care.
- Welcome offer: 100% up to C$1,500 at 40x, from a July 2026 review whose headline said 150%. Verify on the site.
- Deposits from C$20 with Interac, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, iDebit and Instadebit. Apple Pay and Google Pay are unconfirmed.
- Withdrawals pending up to 24 hours, then up to two business days.
- ID, proof of address, payment proof, a selfie and a phone check, usually within two days.
- About 2,200 games, almost all slots, plus Evolution live tables such as Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time.
Support is live chat and email from 10:00 to 23:00 CET, which is roughly 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Toronto or Montréal. Late-night problems wait until morning.
What changed since our 2022 page
Our old ComeOn page treated it as one casino open to all of Canada and praised its NetEnt live tables. Both points have aged. The Canadian business is now split between a regulated Ontario company and a Malta-licensed one for elsewhere, Quebec is shut out, and the live floor we can confirm today is Evolution's.
The phone side changed too. In 2022 there was no reason to care which app store you used. Now the store apps are the Ontario product, and installing one from another province gets you a location error, not a casino.
If you still have a ComeOn login from those years and live in Quebec, contact support by email to ask about any leftover balance. Do not try to log in through a VPN to withdraw it.
For Quebec readers: places that do let you in
Since ComeOn is out, here are three alternatives from our rankings that accept Quebec:
- Spin Casino, with a real App Store app rated 4.6 and Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac.
- Jackpot City, online since 1998, also in the App Store.
- Dux Casino, a Malta-licensed web app priced in Canadian dollars.
Our casino apps guide covers the rest, province by province.

Questions
Is ComeOn available in Quebec?
No. On 26 Oct 2026 two separate checks from Montréal were blocked with a message that residents of that location are not permitted.
Can I download the ComeOn app outside Ontario?
The App Store and Google Play apps are for Ontario players only (19+). Elsewhere, the mobile site is the only route, if it opens for you.
Does ComeOn work in British Columbia or Nova Scotia?
We could not test it. A Malta-licensed Canadian site existed through June 2026. Open comeon.com on your phone to see whether it loads or blocks.
