Dux Casino review: a web app with a Canadian page

A Malta-licensed N1 casino with a proper en-CA site, Interac and a CA$750 package. No store app, unknown wagering and withdrawal caps that bite at the top end.

What's new

On 26 Oct 2026 the en-CA entry page showed a CA$750 + 150 free spins welcome package to a Montréal phone. The operator is N1 Interactive under MGA/B2C/394/2017.

Plenty of offshore casinos let Canadians in. Fewer bother to build a Canadian version. Dux Casino did: duxcasino.com/en-CA shows prices in Canadian dollars and its welcome package is quoted as CA$750 rather than in euros.

That small detail saves real money on a phone, where it is easy to miss a currency conversion in the cashier. It is the main reason this Dux Casino review is more positive than not.

What the phone saw on 26 October

We took a phone screenshot of Dux from a Montréal connection on 26 October 2026, and that is the image at the top of this page. It shows the entry screen with the headline "WELCOME PACKAGE CA$750 + 150 FREE SPINS" and the Canadian locale already selected.

The same address showed a geo-block notice when we tried it from a Dutch exit. In plain terms, Dux checks where you are, and from Quebec it opened normally.

The footer of that page names N1 Interactive Ltd (company C 81457) and the Malta licence MGA/B2C/394/2017, and shows payment logos for Interac, Neosurf, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill and Zimpler.

Web app only

There is no Dux app in the Canadian App Store and nothing on Google Play. Dux has an "app" page, but what it offers is a web app: you open the site in Safari or Chrome and add it to your home screen.

On iPhone that means Share, then "Add to Home Screen". On Android, the browser menu offers to install it. Either way, you get an icon that opens the casino full screen without the address bar.

We prefer this to a sideloaded APK. Nothing to allow in your security settings, updates arrive with the site, and removing it is a long press.

The trade-off: no push notifications worth having and no Face ID login tied to an app. You sign in like on any website, so let your phone's password manager remember it.

One more practical note. A web app is only as light as the site behind it, and Dux's lobby leans on big game tiles. On a tight data plan, turn on Low Data Mode (iPhone) or Data Saver (Android) and let the tiles load before you start tapping. A cold start on LTE takes a few seconds longer than a native app would.

The CA$750 package, and the term we could not read

ItemStatus (Oct 2026)
Welcome packageCA$750 + 150 free spins (read live)
Split across depositsNot confirmed
Minimum depositC$20 (EUR 20 per LCB)
WageringNot read: the promo page loads by script only
No-deposit offerNone found
SportsbookNo, casino only

The headline figure is confirmed. The wagering is not. Dux's promotion page renders only through JavaScript, and we could not pull the terms in a readable form, so we will not guess a multiplier.

Before you opt in, open the bonus terms on your phone and look for three things: the wagering multiplier, the time limit and any cap on winnings from free spins. If any of those is missing from the page you see, ask live chat to paste it.

Paying in: Interac and a long list of backups

Our combined list for Dux reads Interac, iDebit, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Neosurf, MiFinity, Jeton and Visa. LCB also mentions InstaDebit. The minimum deposit is C$20.

For most Canadians, Interac is the one. You approve the payment in your banking app, switch back to the browser and the balance updates.

Apple Pay is a maybe at best. The site's cashier code references Apple Pay processors, but we saw no sign that it is switched on for Canada, and Google Pay is not mentioned at all. Assume neither.

Withdrawal caps matter more than speed

Dux is quick to approve. A withdrawal sits pending for up to 12 hours. E-wallets pay out right after approval, while bank transfers take 3 to 10 business days.

The limits are the real story: about $2,500 a day, $7,500 a week and $15,000 a month (LCB). For most players that is fine. Hit a five-figure jackpot, though, and you are looking at months of instalments.

Verification is the usual N1 set: ID, proof of address, proof of payment and a selfie, with a possible video or phone call. Allow up to 48 hours. Upload the documents in good light, straight from the phone camera.

Licence and provinces

Dux launched in 2020 and is run by N1 Interactive, a Malta company behind several casinos. The MGA licence is one of the stronger offshore credentials a Canadian player will see.

It does not cover Ontario, where only AGCO-registered sites may operate, so Ontario is out. We would also avoid it from Alberta since the province's grace period for unlicensed sites ended on 13 October 2026. Quebec, Manitoba and the rest are served, with the age limit at 18 in Quebec and Manitoba and 19 in most other provinces.

Thousands of slots and Evolution live tables

The lobby holds thousands of slots and live games from more than 90 providers, with Evolution among the live studios. There is no sportsbook, which keeps the phone layout uncluttered.

A few habits help on a small screen:

  • Use the provider filter. Ninety studios is too many to scroll.
  • Try Evolution tables in portrait first. They are designed for it.
  • Watch the battery after half an hour of live play, and switch to Wi-Fi if mobile data is limited.
  • Set a deposit limit in your profile before you start. Our responsible gambling page shows where.

Support is available 24/7 by live chat and email ([email protected]). See our mobile live casino guide for more on live tables.

Who should sign up

Dux is a good pick for Interac users in Quebec and the rest of Canada outside Ontario and Alberta who want a Canadian-dollar site and a strong licence, and are happy with a home-screen web app.

It is less suited to bonus hunters until the wagering is confirmed, and to anyone chasing big jackpots, given the monthly cap. If you want a casino in the App Store, try Spin Casino; for other Interac options, see our Interac casino list or the newer mobile casinos.
