Sol Casino review: strong cashier, unclear app

Interac, Apple Pay and a huge live section make Sol a solid phone casino. Whether it has a real app depends on which review you believe.

What's new

As of October 2026 Sol runs under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/169/0146 and offers up to C$600 plus 500 free spins over four deposits. Reviews still disagree on whether a native app exists.

Sol has been around since 2019, run by Galaktika N.V. from Willemstad, Curaçao. Canadian review sites in 2026 list CAD accounts and Interac, and the welcome package is built around Canadian-dollar deposit tiers. Ontario is out, and so, in practice, is Alberta. More on that further down.

Why this page has no phone screenshot

Most reviews on canada-mobile.ca show the casino's phone lobby next to the text. This one does not. When our crawler tried to capture Sol's mobile site, it ran into a redirect loop and never reached the lobby. The main domain blocks our test connection, and an older domain now forwards to a Spanish site that is not the Canadian casino at all.

None of that means Sol is down. A geo-block is a sign the site is up and choosing who to serve. It does mean we are describing the mobile experience from the 2026 sources, not from our own capture.

One practical point follows. Type the address yourself (sol.casino) or use a link you trust. Search results for Sol throw up several domains, and not every one leads to the casino you think it does.

App or no app?

This is where the sources disagree outright. Gamblizard's Canadian review, updated on 20 October 2026, says there is no app. AskGamblers lists apps for both iOS and Android.

We have no way to settle it from here. What we can say is that both agree on a responsive browser casino that works on phones. So:

  • On iPhone, look for Sol in the Canadian App Store under the operator name Galaktika N.V. If nothing official appears, use Safari and add the site to your Home Screen.
  • On Android, only install an APK if the casino's own site offers it, and turn off "install unknown apps" afterwards.

Ignore any "Sol Casino" app published by a different developer. Copycat casino apps are common, and our casino apps guide explains how to spot one.

Welcome package: the spins grow with the deposit

Gamblizard describes the current offer as up to C$600 plus up to 500 free spins across the first four deposits, with a C$20 minimum. The spins are paid on All Lucky Clovers 5, and the number depends on how much you put in:

DepositFree spins
C$2050
C$3075
C$60100
C$150250
C$300500

Bonus money carries 40x wagering and free-spin winnings 30x. That is typical, not generous.

Be aware that the match structure is disputed. casino.org's Canadian page describes 100% up to C$600 on the first deposit, followed by 75%, 75% and 50% up to C$300. Gamblizard's own card headline mentions 300%, and other affiliates show 150% up to C$2,000. Before depositing, open the promotions tab on your phone and read the live figures. If the screen and this page differ, trust the screen.

The free spins are the honest draw. A C$30 deposit for 75 spins is easy to judge; a percentage match with 40x wagering is not. Our bonus guide shows how to work out what a match is really worth.

There is no public no-deposit offer. Some affiliate codes unlock spins (for example 50 after verifying your phone number and email), but that depends on the code, not on Sol.

Interac through Loonio, plus Apple Pay

For a phone player, Sol's cashier is the best part. Reviews list:

  • Interac, including Interac e-Transfer processed by Loonio
  • Apple Pay
  • Visa and Mastercard
  • MuchBetter
  • UnionPay
  • crypto, according to some reviews

Interac, Apple Pay and MuchBetter work for both deposits and withdrawals, according to Gamblizard. The method minimum is C$15. Google Pay does not appear anywhere, so Android users will be using Interac or a card.

Apple Pay is the fastest way in on an iPhone: double-click the side button, Face ID, done. A Loonio e-Transfer bounces you briefly to your bank's app to approve the payment. Have that app installed and signed in before your first deposit, so the hand-off does not stall. Compare other sites with these wallets on our Apple Pay casinos and Interac casinos pages.

Payout speed, limits and ID

Reviews report Interac withdrawals in about one business day and cards in one to five. The standard limit is C$6,000 per day, higher for VIP tiers. AskGamblers gives a lower figure of €4,000 per day, so check your own cashier.

ID verification is required before the first withdrawal, with more documents for large amounts. Upload photo ID and proof of address as soon as you sign up. Phone photos are fine if they are sharp and all four corners show.

While you are in the account settings, look for two-factor authentication and a log-in history. Earlier versions of Sol offered both, and we have no 2026 confirmation either way. If 2FA is there, switch it on with an authenticator app rather than SMS. If it is not, use a unique password stored in your phone's password manager.

Just expect it to arrive in daily slices.

7,500 games and a huge live floor

Sol lists more than 7,500 games from about 100 providers, a sportsbook, and roughly 1,300 live tables led by Evolution. That live count is enormous. Few casinos we cover come close.

On a phone, size matters less than findability. Sort live tables by game and stake, favourite two or three, and ignore the rest. Evolution's portrait layouts work well for blackjack and roulette. Game shows burn through mobile data quickly, so save them for Wi-Fi. Our mobile live casino guide has data-saving tips.

Support is 24/7 by live chat and email.

Who gets the most out of Sol

Ontario is excluded; Sol holds no iGaming Ontario licence. Alberta is not named in the sources, but Sol is not on the AGLC's approved list and unlicensed operators had until 13 October 2026 to leave the province, so treat Alberta as closed too. Elsewhere, the age is 19, or 18 in Quebec and Manitoba.

Sol is a good pick for iPhone owners who want Apple Pay, for Interac users who want same-currency deposits and withdrawals, and for live-casino players who like choice. It is a weaker pick for anyone who insists on a confirmed native app. Until the sources agree, assume you are playing in the browser.
