Mr Bet Casino review: big lobby, slow-payout warnings
A huge slot library and a working Android APK, but autumn 2026 brought a wave of withdrawal complaints. Keep deposits small until that settles.

What's new
A site redesign went live on 22 April 2026 and the welcome ladder grew to C$3,750 plus 500 spins. In September and October 2026 AskGamblers logged a cluster of complaints about withdrawals taking one to four weeks.
Mr Bet has been running since 2017, holds a Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/194/0642) through Faro Entertainment N.V., and still takes Canadian sign-ups in October 2026. The site was redesigned in April. On paper it is one of the biggest lobbies we cover.
This autumn, though, the lobby is not the main question. The payouts are.
Start with the withdrawal complaints
AskGamblers, a site that mediates player disputes, lists 222 complaints against Mr Bet over its lifetime and scores the casino 6.2 out of 10. What caught our editors' attention is the timing. A cluster of cases filed in September and October 2026 describes withdrawals that sat pending or approved for anywhere from one to four weeks before the money arrived. Some of those cases may be closed by the time you read this. A complaint is one player's account, not a finding, and we cannot verify any individual case.
The pattern still sits badly next to the cashier's own promise of 30 minutes to 48 hours (72 hours in some messages). If you decide to play here anyway, we would:
- pass ID verification before depositing anything meaningful, so paperwork cannot become the reason for a delay later;
- request withdrawals in smaller chunks instead of one large amount;
- screenshot every pending withdrawal and every chat transcript, since a dated record helps if you need to escalate;
- avoid leaving a balance on the account between sessions.
We will update this page when the complaint flow changes direction, in either way.
What you get on a phone
You will not find Mr Bet in the Canadian App Store or on Google Play. The apps come from the casino's own site, and the two platforms tell very different stories.
Android: a small APK
The Android build is a 4.6 MB APK, and the July 2026 Canadian review by mightytips found it gives full account access. Installing it means letting your browser install unknown apps, which Android warns about for good reason. Take the file only from the casino's own domain, never from a mirror or a link passed around in a chat group, and switch that permission off again once the app is installed.
iPhone: use Safari
Here it gets strange. The same review found that the iOS download opened free games with no connection to Mr Bet. We have not seen a fix reported. Our advice is simple: play in Safari, and if you want an icon, add the site to your Home Screen from the share sheet. Chrome on Android works the same way for anyone who would rather skip the APK.
With more than 7,000 titles, the search bar does most of the work on a six-inch screen. Filter by provider instead of scrolling category rows. Nobody thumbs through 6,500 slots.
Interac, crypto and the 2x deposit rule
The minimum deposit is C$40, higher than at most sites we list. The mobile cashier takes Interac, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, MiFinity and Paysafecard, with Jeton available for withdrawals. Crypto players get Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and TRON.
Apple Pay and Google Pay do not appear in any 2026 source we read, so do not count on a one-tap wallet deposit. Our Apple Pay casino list covers brands where that works. For most Canadians, Interac is the sensible route anyway.
Two rules sit in the terms and deserve a slow read. Every deposit must be wagered at least twice before you cash out, or the casino may charge a fee of up to 10%. And withdrawals are capped at C$5,000 a week and C$15,000 a month, so a large win is paid in instalments.
Given the current complaints, that cap is not a comforting detail.
The four-deposit welcome ladder
The current package totals C$3,750 and 500 free spins across four deposits. Older reviews still quote C$2,250, which is out of date.
| Deposit | Match | Max bonus | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 200% | C$825 | 100 |
| 2nd | 150% | C$900 | 50 |
| 3rd | 100% | C$975 | 75 |
| 4th | 100% | C$1,075 | 75 |
Wagering is 45x, at the steep end of the market. Clearing the full first-deposit bonus of C$825 means roughly C$37,000 in bets. On a phone that is hours of spinning, plus a fair amount of mobile data if you are away from Wi-Fi. Each step needs the C$40 minimum.
The ongoing perks suit casual players better: a 15% reload up to C$450, and 5% weekly cashback with no wagering once you have wagered more than C$750 in the week. The cashback is the one we would actually use. Our bonus guide compares these terms with other brands.
Games: 85 studios and no demo button
Around 6,500 of the 7,000-plus games are slots, from 85 providers, and a sportsbook shares the same account. The catch for phone players is the lack of a demo mode. You cannot try a slot for free to see whether its buttons fit your screen or how hard it works the battery. Every test spin costs real money.
The live section is modest at about 195 games from Live88, ICONIC21, Winfinity and LuckyStreak. Big-name game shows are not the focus here. Before buying in, open a table and check whether it plays in portrait or forces you to rotate, and drop the stream quality if you are on cellular data. Our mobile live casino guide explains what to look for.
Verification and support
Mr Bet asks for ID before the first withdrawal and runs extra checks once withdrawals pass about C$3,000. Photograph your ID and a recent bill in good light, flat on a table. Blurry uploads are the usual cause of resubmission loops.
Support runs 24/7 by live chat in English and French, though a bot answers first; ask for an agent to reach a person. The email address is [email protected].
Provinces, age limits and our call
Ontario is excluded, as at nearly every offshore site. Alberta is not on the AGLC's approved list, and unlicensed operators had until 13 October 2026 to leave, so Albertans should look elsewhere. In other provinces you need to be 19, or 18 in Quebec and Manitoba.
Who it suits: Android players who want a giant slot library and are happy to keep balances small while the payout complaints play out.
Who should skip it for now: anyone planning large deposits, iPhone owners hoping for a proper app, and players who like to test games for free first. If quick, predictable cash-outs matter most, Spin Casino has a real App Store app and Interac withdrawals within a few business days. More options sit on our Interac casinos page.
Information
Questions
Is Mr Bet still open to Canadians in 2026?
Yes, outside Ontario and Alberta. It runs under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/194/0642, but autumn 2026 brought many complaints about late withdrawals, so keep balances small.
Does Mr Bet have an iPhone app?
Not one we would use. A July 2026 review found the iOS download opened unrelated free games. Play in Safari and add the site to your Home Screen instead.
What is the minimum deposit at Mr Bet?
C$40, and the same amount is needed for each step of the welcome ladder. Deposits must also be wagered twice before withdrawal, or a fee of up to 10% may apply.
How long do Mr Bet withdrawals take?
The casino advertises 30 minutes to 48 hours. Players filed complaints in September and October 2026 describing waits of one to four weeks; those are complaints, not confirmed findings.
