canada-mobile.ca is a static information site. There are no accounts, no logins, no comment forms and no newsletter sign-up. You can read every page without giving us anything.
What reaches us when you visit
Like any website, our server receives the technical details your browser sends with each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, your browser and device type, and the page that sent you. Our hosting provider keeps these in short-lived server logs used for security and fixing errors. We do not use them to identify you or build a profile.
Cookies and third-party services
The site does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies.
Our fonts load from Google Fonts. When your phone fetches them, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser details, under Google's own privacy policy. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to build ad profiles.
At the time of writing we run no analytics. If we add an analytics tool later, we will name it on this page, describe what it collects and update the date above.
Affiliate links
Many links to casinos are affiliate links. When you tap one, the casino receives a referral code so it can tell that you came from us, and it may place its own cookies on your device. Anything you do after that, such as registering, verifying your ID or depositing, happens on the casino's site under its privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive your name, documents or payment details. We may see aggregated reports, such as how many sign-ups a link produced. How the site earns money is explained on our about page.
Emailing us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply and to correct the site. We do not add you to a mailing list or sell or share your address, and we delete old correspondence when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your emails. Write to the address above and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
The site is meant for adults of legal gambling age in their province, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
