King's Casino was never a Canadian online casino

This page owes readers a correction.

In 2021 we published a "Kings Casino" review for Canada. It described a Malta and UK licensed online casino run by Apollo Entertainment, with a five-deposit £1,000 welcome package. The same text, nearly word for word, appeared on several other review pages on this site. It was filler, and it did not describe the casino whose logo sat at the top.

That logo reads "King's Casino Europe". It belongs to a real place, and that place has never run an online casino for Canadians.

The real King's: a poker room near the German border

King's Casino sits inside King's Resort in Rozvadov, a small Czech town a few minutes from the German border. Poker players know it as one of Europe's biggest live card rooms, host to large tournament series. It is a building you drive to, with a Czech Ministry of Finance licence for land-based gambling, owned by King's Entertainment, the company of Leon Tsoukernik.

Its online side exists, but only at home. The group's internet play ran through Czech-licensed brands, King's slots and Kingsbet, which accept players in the Czech Republic. Kingsbet was reported sold to the Austrian supplier Greentube in May 2026. We saw that in trade press and search results, not on a regulator's site, so treat the detail with some caution.

None of it ever involved Canadian accounts, Canadian dollars or Interac.

Three Kings that are easy to mix up

If you searched "Kings Casino" on your phone and expected an app, you were probably looking for one of the other two, or for King Billy, which is a different brand again and does accept Canadians outside Ontario.

If it is the poker you are after

Rozvadov's pull is tournament poker, and a phone will not replace a live final table. For online poker, rules depend on your province; our mobile poker guide sets out what you can legally play where.

For casino games with a proper Canadian setup, two long-standing brands are a safer starting point than anything with "King" in the name:

• Jackpot City, running since 1998, with an iOS app in the Canadian App Store, 65+ Evolution live tables and Interac, Apple Pay and Google Pay in the cashier. It is also on Alberta's approved list.
• Luxury Casino, a Casino Rewards site that is also approved in Alberta. Outside Ontario you play in the browser, and the live section carries Evolution games like Crazy Time.

As for this URL, it stays up so the old links lead somewhere honest. Every review on the site has since been rewritten from the operator's own pages and current trackers, and a logo that does not match the text is now the first thing we check.
