Slotman closed, and moon.bet is not its successor
Closed. Type slotman.com on your phone and you land on moon.bet, a separate company that borrowed the traffic, not the casino.
What's new
slotman.com has redirected to moon.bet since about September 2024. moon.bet is run by a different company and even uses a slotman subdomain, which makes the confusion worse.
Open slotman.com on your phone today and you will not see Slotman. The browser quietly sends you to moon.bet, a different casino run by a different company.
That is the whole reason this page exists. Slotman Casino stopped taking players somewhere between August 2024 and January 2025, and the domain was pointed elsewhere. Anyone coming back through an old bookmark could easily assume Slotman simply rebranded. It did not.
Two companies, one name
| Slotman (closed) | moon.bet | |
|---|---|---|
| Company | Dama N.V. per most review sites (Direx N.V. per others) | Pixeldance Limitada, Costa Rica |
| Licence | Curaçao (Antillephone) while active | "No licence" per a casino review site, September 2025 |
| Started | 2019, per older review data | 2024 |
| Status | Closed | Running |
moon.bet even runs a slotman.moon.bet subdomain. Reusing a closed brand's name and traffic is a known trick. It proves nothing about who holds your old account.
How to spot the copycat in ten seconds
On a phone, the address bar is tiny and redirects happen before you notice. So check these:
- Long-press the address bar and read the full domain. If it says moon.bet, you are not on Slotman.
- Scroll to the footer. A real operator names its company and licence there. Compare it with the table above.
- Do not test your old Slotman password there. Typing it into an unrelated site hands it to strangers.
- Look for a closure notice or a "we have moved" message from Slotman itself. There is none.
Blunt opinion: if a site greets former players without ever explaining what happened to the old brand, it is fishing.
When did Slotman actually close?
Sources disagree, so here is all of it. The Web Archive shows slotman.com working normally up to 1 August 2024 and redirecting from 1 September 2024. One big casino forum dates the closure to August 2024. Another tracker says the brand has not been active since 13 January 2025, and a third review site marked it closed in September 2025. We found no statement from the operator.
Our own 2021 review was no help either. It reused a stock text that described a different company and licence entirely.
If Slotman owed you money
The licence holder was a Curaçao company, and the only route left is a complaint through a public casino complaint service, with your old emails and screenshots attached. moon.bet has no obligation to you, and you should not deposit there hoping it will "restore" a balance.
Picks that are clearly what they say they are
- Wazamba: a gamified browser casino that works on phones, takes Interac and accepts Canadians outside Ontario.
- King Billy: Apple Pay deposits, an Android APK from its own site and Safari play on iPhone. Licence details differ between sources, which we cover on its page, and Alberta access is in doubt since October 2026.
Before installing anything, our casino apps guide shows which brands have a real app and which only run in the browser.
Information
Questions
Is moon.bet the new Slotman?
No. moon.bet is run by Pixeldance Limitada in Costa Rica, a different company from Slotman's operator. It only took over the domain's traffic.
Can I log in to moon.bet with my Slotman account?
You should not try. Your old account was never transferred, and entering old credentials on an unrelated site is a security risk.
